But (A)sexual immorality [a]or any impurity or greed must not even be mentioned among you, as is proper among [b]saints; and there must be no (B)filthiness [c]or foolish talk, or vulgar joking, which (C)are not fitting, but rather (D)giving of thanks. For this you know with certainty, that (E)no sexually immoral or [d]impure or greedy person, which [e]amounts to an idolater, has an inheritance in the kingdom (F)of Christ and God.

(G)See that no one deceives you with empty words, for because of these things (H)the wrath of God comes upon (I)the [f]sons of disobedience. Therefore do not become (J)partners with them;

Instead, let there be thanksgiving. Do not let anyone deceive you with meaningless words, for it is because of these things that God becomes angry with those who disobey.[b] So do not be partners with them.
