Christus bepaalt wát, en hoeveel. 8 Daarom staat er in de Boeken: "Toen Hij terugging naar de hemel, bevrijdde Hij de krijgsgevangenen. En Hij gaf geschenken aan de mensen." 9 Wat betekent dit: "Hij is teruggegaan naar de hemel"? Dat betekent dat Hij daar eerst vandaan gekomen is, naar de aarde.
