29 Let no harmful language come from your mouth, only good words that are helpful in meeting the need, words that will benefit those who hear them. 30 Don’t cause grief to God’s Ruach HaKodesh, for he has stamped you as his property until the day of final redemption. 31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, violent assertiveness and slander, along with all spitefulness.

29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths,(A) but only what is helpful for building others up(B) according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God,(C) with whom you were sealed(D) for the day of redemption.(E) 31 Get rid of(F) all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.(G)
