Unity in the Body of Christ

4 I therefore, ^(A)a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to ^(B)walk in a manner worthy of ^(C)the calling to which you have been called, ² with all ^(D)humility and ^(E)gentleness, with ^(F)patience, ^(G)bearing with one another in love, ³ eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in ^(H)the bond of peace.

¹⁸ For ^(A)through him we both have ^(B)access in ^(C)one Spirit to the Father. ¹⁹ So then you are no longer ^(D)strangers and aliens,^[a] but you are ^(E)fellow citizens with the saints and ^(F)members of the household of God, ^20 (G)built on the foundation of the ^(H)apostles and prophets, ^(I)Christ Jesus himself being ^(J)the cornerstone,

^20 (A)If anyone says, “I love God,” and ^(B)hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot^[a] love God ^(C)whom he has not seen. ²¹ And ^(D)this commandment we have from him: ^(E)whoever loves God must also love his brother.
