¹² in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through ^[a]our faith in him.

⁷ Blessed is the man that trusteth in Jehovah, and whose trust Jehovah is.

¹⁶ And it came to pass, when all our enemies heard thereof, that all the nations that were about us ^[a]feared, and were much cast down in their own eyes; for they perceived that this work was wrought of our God.

⁶ being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ:

¹³ I can do all things in him that strengtheneth me.

3 Are we beginning again to commend ourselves? or need we, as do some, epistles of commendation to you or from you? ² Ye are our epistle, written in our hearts, known and read of all men; ³ being made manifest that ye are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in tables that are hearts of flesh. ⁴ And such confidence have we through Christ to God-ward:
