⁵ made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions^(A)—it is by grace you have been saved.^(B)

¹⁸ They are darkened in their understanding^(A) and separated from the life of God^(B) because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts.^(C)

²⁴ For this son of mine was dead and is alive again;^(A) he was lost and is found.’ So they began to celebrate.^(B)
