Ephesians 6:3-8
New International Version
3 “so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.”[a](A)
4 Fathers,[b] do not exasperate your children;(B) instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.(C)
5 Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect(D) and fear, and with sincerity of heart,(E) just as you would obey Christ.(F) 6 Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but as slaves of Christ,(G) doing the will of God from your heart. 7 Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people,(H) 8 because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do,(I) whether they are slave or free.

4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:
8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.
