5 For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person—such a person is an idolater(A)—has any inheritance(B) in the kingdom of Christ and of God.[a](C) 6 Let no one deceive you(D) with empty words, for because of such things God’s wrath(E) comes on those who are disobedient.(F)

6 Don’t be fooled by those who try to excuse these sins, for the anger of God will fall on all who disobey him.
