New International Version

³¹Get rid of^(A) all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.^(B)

⁸But now you also, ^(A)lay them all aside: ^(B)wrath, anger, malice, slander, and ^(C)abusive speech from your mouth.

⁸But now you must also rid yourselves^(A) of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander,^(B) and filthy language from your lips.^(C)
