Ephesians 4:28-30

28 The one who steals must no longer steal; but rather (A)he must labor, (B)producing with his own hands what is good, (C)so that he will have something to share with the one who has need. 29 Let no [a](D)unwholesome word come out of your mouth, but if there is any good word for (E)edification [b]according to the need of the moment, say that, so that it will give grace to those who hear. 30 (F)Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, [c]by whom you were (G)sealed for the day of redemption.

28 Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work,(A) doing something useful with their own hands,(B) that they may have something to share with those in need.(C)
29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths,(D) but only what is helpful for building others up(E) according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God,(F) with whom you were sealed(G) for the day of redemption.(H)
