10 His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God(A) should be made known(B) to the rulers and authorities(C) in the heavenly realms,(D) 11 according to his eternal purpose(E) that he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. 12 In him and through faith in him we may approach God(F) with freedom and confidence.(G)

9 “This, then, is how you should pray:

hallowed be your name,
10 your kingdom(E) come,
your will be done,(F)
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us today our daily bread.(G)
12 And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.(H)
