^7 (A)Of this gospel I was made ^(B)a minister according to the gift of ^(C)God's grace, which was given me ^(D)by the working of his power.

^20 (A)Now to ^(B)him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, ^(C)according to the power at work within us,

¹⁹ and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, ^(A)according to the working of ^(B)his great might

² assuming that you have heard of ^(A)the stewardship of ^(B)God's grace that was given to me for you,

^23 (A)if indeed you continue in the faith, ^(B)stable and steadfast, not shifting from ^(C)the hope of the gospel that you heard, which has been proclaimed ^(D)in all creation^[a] under heaven, ^(E)and of which I, Paul, became a minister.

Paul's Ministry to the Church

²⁴ Now ^(F)I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh ^(G)I am filling up ^(H)what is lacking in Christ's afflictions ^(I)for the sake of his body, that is, the church, ^25 (J)of which I became a minister according to ^(K)the stewardship from God that was given to me for you, to make the word of God fully known,

¹⁴ and ^(A)the grace of our Lord overflowed for me with the ^(B)faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. ¹⁵ The saying is ^(C)trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus ^(D)came into the world to save sinners, ^(E)of whom I am the foremost.

²⁹ For this ^(A)I toil, ^(B)struggling ^(C)with all his energy that he powerfully works within me.

⁶ who has made us sufficient to be ^(A)ministers of ^(B)a new covenant, not of ^(C)the letter but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but ^(D)the Spirit gives life.

¹⁰ But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, ^(A)I worked harder than any of them, ^(B)though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me.
