16 (A)do not cease giving thanks for you, (B)while making mention of you in my prayers: 17 that the (C)God of our Lord Jesus Christ, (D)the Father of glory, may give to you the [a]Spirit of (E)wisdom and of (F)revelation in the [b]full knowledge of Him, 18 so that you—(G)the eyes of your heart having been enlightened—will know what is the (H)hope of His (I)calling, what are (J)the riches of the glory of (K)His inheritance in (L)the [c]saints, 19 and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe (M)according to the working of the (N)might of His strength, 20 which He worked in Christ, by (O)raising Him from the dead and (P)seating Him at His right hand in (Q)the heavenly places, 21 far above (R)all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every (S)name that is named, not only in (T)this age but also in the one to come.

16 I have not stopped giving thanks for you,(A) remembering you in my prayers.(B) 17 I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father,(C) may give you the Spirit[a] of wisdom(D) and revelation, so that you may know him better. 18 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened(E) in order that you may know the hope to which he has called(F) you, the riches(G) of his glorious inheritance(H) in his holy people,(I) 19 and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power(J) is the same as the mighty strength(K) 20 he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead(L) and seated him at his right hand(M) in the heavenly realms,(N) 21 far above all rule and authority, power and dominion,(O) and every name(P) that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.(Q)
