    the Lord bestows favor and honor.

¹³ The poor man and the oppressor ^(A)meet together;
    the Lord ^(B)gives light to the eyes of both.

³⁰ to bring back his soul from the pit,
    that he may be lighted with ^(A)the light of life.

^13 (A)For you have delivered my soul from death,
    yes, my feet from falling,
