Deuteronomy 28:61-63

New International Version

⁶¹The Lord will also bring on you every kind of sickness and disaster not recorded in this Book of the Law,^(A) until you are destroyed.^(B) ⁶²You who were as numerous as the stars in the sky^(C) will be left but few^(D) in number, because you did not obey the Lord your God. ⁶³Just as it pleased^(E) the Lord to make you prosper and increase in number, so it will please^(F) him to ruin and destroy you.^(G) You will be uprooted^(H) from the land you are entering to possess.

⁶¹Every sickness also and every affliction that is not recorded in the book of this law, the Lord will bring upon you, until you are destroyed. ⁶²Whereas ^(A)you were as numerous ^(B)as the stars of heaven, you shall be left few in number, because you did not obey the voice of the Lord your God. ⁶³And as the Lord ^(C)took delight in doing you good and multiplying you, so the Lord will ^(D)take delight in bringing ruin upon you and destroying you. And you shall be plucked off the land that you are entering to take possession of it.
