⁴⁶ he said to them, ^(A)“Take to heart all the words by which I am warning you today, ^(B)that you may command them to your children, that they may be careful to do all the words of this law. ⁴⁷ For it is no empty word for you, ^(C)but your very life, and by this word you shall live long in the land that you are going over the Jordan to possess.”

²⁰ teaching them ^(A)to observe all that ^(B)I have commanded you. And behold, ^(C)I am with you always, to ^(D)the end of the age.”

The Fellowship of the Believers

⁴² And ^(A)they devoted themselves to the apostles' ^(B)teaching and the ^(C)fellowship, to ^(D)the breaking of bread and the prayers.

^13 (A)I charge you in the presence of God, who gives life to all things, and of Christ Jesus, ^(B)who in his testimony before^[a] Pontius Pilate made ^(C)the good confession, ¹⁴ to keep the commandment unstained and free from reproach until ^(D)the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ,
