8 “And so we took at that time the land from the control of[a] the two kings of the Amorites[b] who were on the other side of the Jordan,[c] from the wadi[d] of Arnon up to Mount Hermon.[e] 9 (The Sidonians called Hermon ‘Sirion,’ and the Amorites called it ‘Senir.’) 10 All of the towns of the plateau and the whole of Gilead and all of Bashan up to Salecah and Edrei, the towns of the kingdom of Og in Bashan.

8 So we took the land at that time out of the hand of the two kings of the Amorites who were beyond the Jordan, from the Valley of the Arnon to Mount Hermon 9 (the Sidonians call (A)Hermon (B)Sirion, while the Amorites call it (C)Senir), 10 all the cities of the (D)tableland and all Gilead and all Bashan, as far as (E)Salecah and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan.
