⁴ For God said, ‘Honor your father and mother’^[a](A) and ‘Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death.’^[b](B)

¹⁹ As the sound of the trumpet grew louder and louder, Moses spoke and the voice^(A) of God answered^(B) him.^[a]

¹⁰ For Moses said, ‘Honor your father and mother,’^[a](A) and, ‘Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death.’^[b](B)

¹⁹ And the Lord changed the wind to a very strong west wind, which caught up the locusts and carried them into the Red Sea.^[a] Not a locust was left anywhere in Egypt.

²⁰ You know the commandments: ‘You shall not commit adultery, you shall not murder, you shall not steal, you shall not give false testimony, honor your father and mother.’^[a]”^(A)
