15 “(A)However, you may sacrifice and eat meat within any of your gates, [a]whatever you desire, according to the blessing of Yahweh your God which He has given you; the unclean and the clean may eat of it, as of (B)the gazelle and the deer. 16 (C)Only you shall not eat the blood; (D)you are to pour it out on the ground like water. 17 (E)You are not allowed to eat within your gates the tithe of your grain or new wine or oil, or the firstborn of your herd or flock, or any of your votive offerings which you vow, or your freewill offerings, or the [b]contribution of your hand. 18 But (F)you shall eat them before Yahweh your God in (G)the place which Yahweh your God will choose, you and your son and daughter, and your male and female slaves, and the (H)Levite who is within your gates; and you shall (I)be glad before Yahweh your God in all that you send forth your hand to do. 19 (J)Beware lest you forsake the Levite all your days upon your land.

15 “However, you may slaughter and eat flesh within any of your towns, as much as you desire, according to the blessing of the Lord your God which he has given you; the unclean and the clean may eat of it, as of the gazelle and as of the hart. 16 Only you shall not eat the blood; you shall pour it out upon the earth like water. 17 You may not eat within your towns the tithe of your grain or of your wine or of your oil, or the firstlings of your herd or of your flock, or any of your votive offerings which you vow, or your freewill offerings, or the offering that you present; 18 but you shall eat them before the Lord your God in the place which the Lord your God will choose, you and your son and your daughter, your manservant and your maidservant, and the Levite who is within your towns; and you shall rejoice before the Lord your God in all that you undertake. 19 Take heed that you do not forsake the Levite as long as you live in your land.
