Deuteronomy 12:14-16

14 Offer them only in the place the Lord will choose. He will choose a place in one of your tribes. And there you must do everything I am commanding you.
15 But you may kill your animals in any of your towns. And you may eat as much of the meat as you want. Eat it as if it were a deer or a gazelle. This is the blessing the Lord your God is giving you. Anyone, clean or unclean, may eat this meat. 16 But do not eat the blood. Pour it out on the ground like water.

14 but at (A)the place that the Lord will choose in one of your tribes, there you shall offer your burnt offerings, and there you shall do all that I am commanding you.
15 “However, you may slaughter and eat meat within any of your towns, as much as you desire, (B)according to the blessing of the Lord your God that he has given you. (C)The unclean and the clean may eat of it, as of the gazelle and as of the deer. 16 (D)Only you shall not eat the blood; you shall pour it out on the earth like water.
