Deuteronomy 5:13-15
English Standard Version
13 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 14 but (A)the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, you or your son or your daughter or your male servant or your female servant, or your ox or your donkey or any of your livestock, or the sojourner who is within your gates, (B)that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you. 15 (C)You shall remember that you were a slave[a] in the land of Egypt, and the Lord your God brought you out from there (D)with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm. Therefore the Lord your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day.

13 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 14 but the seventh day(A) is a sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant,(B) nor your ox, your donkey or any of your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns, so that your male and female servants may rest, as you do.(C) 15 Remember that you were slaves(D) in Egypt and that the Lord your God brought you out of there with a mighty hand(E) and an outstretched arm.(F) Therefore the Lord your God has commanded you to observe the Sabbath day.
