5 Now Moses summoned all Israel and said to them:

“Listen, Israel, to the statutes and ordinances which I am speaking today ^[a]for you to hear, so that you may learn them and be careful to do them.

^29 (A)If only they had such a heart in them, to fear Me and ^(B)keep all My commandments always, so that ^(C)it would go well with them and with their sons forever!

27 Then Moses and the elders of Israel commanded the people, saying, “Keep all the commandments which I am commanding you today.
