¹⁹ and lest you lift up your eyes to heaven and see the sun and the moon and the stars, ^(A)all the host of heaven, ^(B)and be drawn away and worship them and serve them, those which Yahweh your God has apportioned for all the peoples under the whole heaven.

¹² he mistreats the ^(A)afflicted and needy, ^(B)commits robbery, does not return a pledge, but lifts up his eyes to the idols and ^(C)does abominations;

¹⁵ He does not eat at the mountain shrines or lift up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, or defile his neighbor’s wife

²⁴ because they had not done My judgments, but had rejected My statutes and had profaned My sabbaths, and ^(A)their eyes were going after the idols of their fathers.

²⁵ Therefore say to them, ‘Thus says Lord Yahweh, “You eat meat with the ^(A)blood in it and lift up your eyes to your idols as you shed blood. ^(B)Should you then possess the land?
