¹⁹ And beware not to lift up your eyes to heaven and see the sun and the moon and the stars, ^(A)all the host of heaven, ^(B)and be drawn away and worship them and serve them, those which the Lord your God has allotted to all the peoples under the whole heaven.

¹⁶ They forsook all the commandments of the Lord their God and made for themselves molten images, even ^(A)two calves, and ^(B)made an ^[a]Asherah and ^(C)worshiped all the host of heaven and ^(D)served Baal.

² They will spread them out to the sun, the moon and to all the ^(A)host of heaven, which they have loved and which they have served, and which they have gone after and which they have sought, and which they have worshiped. They will not be gathered ^(B)or buried; ^(C)they will be as dung on the face of the ground.
