Deuteronomy 33:5-7
International Children’s Bible
5 The Lord became king of Israel.
The leaders of the people gathered then.
The tribes of Israel came together.
6 “Let the people of Reuben live and not die.
But let the people be few.”
7 Moses said this about the people of Judah:
“Lord, listen to Judah’s prayer.
Bring them back to their people.
They defend themselves with their hands.
Help them fight their enemies!”
Deuteronomy 33:5-7
New International Version
5 He was king(A) over Jeshurun[a](B)
when the leaders of the people assembled,
along with the tribes of Israel.
7 And this he said about Judah:(D)
“Hear, Lord, the cry of Judah;
bring him to his people.
With his own hands he defends his cause.
Oh, be his help against his foes!”
