Deuteronomy 33:2-4

2 The Lord came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them, and appeared clearly from mount Paran, and he came with ten [a]thousands of Saints, and at his right hand a fiery Law for them.
3 Though he love the people, yet [b]all thy Saints are in thine hands: and they are humbled at [c]thy feet, to receive thy words.
4 Moses commanded us a Law for an [d]inheritance of the Congregation of Jacob.

New International Version
2 He said:
“The Lord came from Sinai(A)
and dawned over them from Seir;(B)
he shone forth(C) from Mount Paran.(D)
He came with[a] myriads of holy ones(E)
from the south, from his mountain slopes.[b]
3 Surely it is you who love(F) the people;
all the holy ones are in your hand.(G)
At your feet they all bow down,(H)
and from you receive instruction,
4 the law that Moses gave us,(I)
the possession of the assembly of Jacob.(J)
