Deuteronomy 32:4

New International Version

⁴He is the Rock,^(A) his works are perfect,^(B)
and all his ways are just.
A faithful God^(C) who does no wrong,
upright^(D) and just is he.^(E)

⁴He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.

and he never does wrong.

to bring justice.

32.4 mighty rock: The Hebrew text has “rock,” which is sometimes used in poetry to compare the Lord to a mountain where his people can run for protection from their enemies.
