^14 (A)And the anger of Yahweh burned against Israel, and He gave them into the hands of plunderers who plundered them; and ^(B)He sold them into the hands of their enemies around them, so that they could no longer stand before their enemies.

⁸ Then the anger of Yahweh burned against Israel, so that He sold them into the hands of Cushan-rishathaim king of ^[a]Mesopotamia; and the sons of Israel served Cushan-rishathaim eight years.
