New International Version

¹⁶They made him jealous^(A) with their foreign gods
and angered^(B) him with their detestable idols.

⁹Let there be no ^(A)strange god among you;
And you shall not worship a foreign god.

⁹You shall have no foreign god^(A) among you;
you shall not worship any god other than me.
