Joshua Is Commissioned

^23 (A)Then He commissioned Joshua the son of Nun and said, “^(B)Be strong and courageous, for you shall bring the sons of Israel into the land which I swore to them, and ^(C)I will be with you.”

^13 (A)Then you will succeed, if you are careful to do the statutes and the judgments which Yahweh commanded Moses concerning Israel. ^(B)Be strong and courageous, do not fear nor be dismayed.

²⁰ Then David said to his son Solomon, “^(A)Be strong and courageous, and act; do not fear nor be dismayed, for Yahweh God, my God, is with you. ^(B)He will not fail you nor forsake you until all the work for the service of the house of Yahweh is completed.

⁹ “Thus says Yahweh of hosts, ‘Let your hands be ^(A)strong, you who are listening in these days to these words from the mouth of the ^(B)prophets, those who spoke in the day that the foundation of the house of Yahweh of hosts was laid, to the end that the temple might be built.
