¹² It is not in heaven, ^[a]that you should say, ‘^(A)Who will go up to heaven for us and get it for us and make us hear it, that we may do it?’

³⁴ For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he himself says:

⁶ But ^(A)the righteousness of faith speaks in this way: “^(B)Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will go up into heaven?’ (that is, to bring Christ down),

⁹ (Now this expression, “He ^(A)ascended,” what ^[a]does it mean except that He also ^[b]descended into ^(B)the lower parts of the earth?
