¹⁹ And it will be when he hears the words of this curse, that he will ^[a]bless himself in his heart, saying, ‘I have peace though I walk in the stubbornness of my heart in order ^[b]to sweep away the watered land with the dry.’

²⁴ Yet they ^(A)did not listen or incline their ear, but walked in their own counsels and in the stubbornness of their evil heart and ^[a](B)went backward and not forward.

¹² You too have done evil, even ^(A)more than your fathers; for behold, you are each one walking according to the ^(B)stubbornness of his own ^(C)evil heart, without listening to Me.
