13 For to establish thee this day a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee a God, as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
14 Neither make I this covenant and this oath with you only,
15 But as well with him that standeth here with us this day before the Lord our God, as with him [a]that is not here with us this day.

Deuteronomy 29:13-15
New International Version
13 to confirm you this day as his people,(A) that he may be your God(B) as he promised you and as he swore to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. 14 I am making this covenant,(C) with its oath, not only with you 15 who are standing here with us today in the presence of the Lord our God but also with those who are not here today.(D)
