Deuteronomy 28:10-13

¹⁰All the peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by Yahweh’s name, and they will be afraid of you. ¹¹Yahweh will grant you abundant prosperity in the fruit of your body, in the fruit of your livestock, and in the fruit of your ground, in the land which Yahweh swore to your fathers to give you. ¹²Yahweh will open to you his good treasure in the sky, to give the rain of your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You will lend to many nations, and you will not borrow. ¹³Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail. You will be above only, and you will not be beneath, if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God which I command you today, to observe and to do,

¹⁰And all people of the earth shall see that you are called by the name [and in the presence of] the Lord, and they shall be afraid of you.

¹¹And the Lord shall make you have a surplus of prosperity, through the fruit of your body, of your livestock, and of your ground, in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers to give you.

¹²The Lord shall open to you His good treasury, the heavens, to give the rain of your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hands; and you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.

¹³And the Lord shall make you the head, and not the tail; and you shall be above only, and you shall not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you this day and are watchful to do them.

New International Version

¹⁰Then all the peoples on earth will see that you are called by the name^(A) of the Lord, and they will fear you. ¹¹The Lord will grant you abundant prosperity—in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock^(B) and the crops of your ground—in the land he swore to your ancestors to give you.^(C)

¹²The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse^(D) of his bounty,^(E) to send rain^(F) on your land in season and to bless^(G) all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none.^(H) ¹³The Lord will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the Lord your God that I give you this day and carefully follow^(I) them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom.^(J)
