2 “No one born out of wedlock or any descendant of such a person, even in the tenth generation, may be included among the Lord's people.
3 (A)“No Ammonite or Moabite—or any of their descendants, even in the tenth generation—may be included among the Lord's people. 4 (B)They refused to provide you with food and water when you were on your way out of Egypt, and they hired Balaam son of Beor, from the city of Pethor in Mesopotamia, to curse you.

Deuteronomy 23:2-4
New International Version
2 No one born of a forbidden marriage[a] nor any of their descendants may enter the assembly of the Lord, not even in the tenth generation.
3 No Ammonite(A) or Moabite or any of their descendants may enter the assembly of the Lord, not even in the tenth generation.(B) 4 For they did not come to meet you with bread and water(C) on your way when you came out of Egypt, and they hired Balaam(D) son of Beor from Pethor in Aram Naharaim[b](E) to pronounce a curse on you.(F)
