Concerning the First Son's Inheritance

15 “Suppose a man has two wives and they both bear him sons, but the first son is not the child of his favorite wife. 16 When the man decides how he is going to divide his property among his children, he is not to show partiality to the son of his favorite wife by giving him the share that belongs to the first-born son.

The Right of the Firstborn

15 If a man has two wives,(B) and he loves one but not the other, and both bear him sons but the firstborn is the son of the wife he does not love,(C) 16 when he wills his property to his sons, he must not give the rights of the firstborn to the son of the wife he loves in preference to his actual firstborn, the son of the wife he does not love.(D)
