Deuteronomy 20:11-13

11 If it accepts your terms of peace and surrenders to you, then all the people in it shall serve you in forced labour. 12 If it does not submit to you peacefully, but makes war against you, then you shall besiege it; 13 and when the Lord your God gives it into your hand, you shall put all its males to the sword.

11 If they accept and open their gates, all the people in it shall be subject(A) to forced labor(B) and shall work for you. 12 If they refuse to make peace and they engage you in battle, lay siege to that city. 13 When the Lord your God delivers it into your hand, put to the sword all the men in it.(C)
