22 (A)When a prophet speaks in the name of Yahweh, if the thing does not come about or come true, that is the thing which Yahweh has not spoken. The prophet has spoken it (B)presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.

22 If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the Lord does not take place or come true,(A) that is a message the Lord has not spoken.(B) That prophet has spoken presumptuously,(C) so do not be alarmed.
