Deuteronomy 16:14-16
International Standard Version
14 Rejoice in your festival—you, your son, your daughter, your male and female slaves, the descendants of Levi, and foreigners, orphans, and widows, who live in your cities.[a] 15 For seven days you are to celebrate in the presence of the Lord your God at the place where the Lord will choose, because the Lord your God will bless you in all your harvest and in everything you do, and your joy will be complete.
16 “Every male must appear in the presence of the Lord your God three times a year at the place where he will choose: for the Festival of Unleavened Bread, the Festival of Seven Weeks, and the Festival of Tents.[b] He must not appear in the Lord’s presence empty-handed,

New International Version
14 Be joyful(A) at your festival—you, your sons and daughters, your male and female servants, and the Levites, the foreigners, the fatherless and the widows who live in your towns. 15 For seven days celebrate the festival to the Lord your God at the place the Lord will choose. For the Lord your God will bless you in all your harvest and in all the work of your hands, and your joy(B) will be complete.
16 Three times a year all your men must appear(C) before the Lord your God at the place he will choose: at the Festival of Unleavened Bread,(D) the Festival of Weeks and the Festival of Tabernacles.(E) No one should appear before the Lord empty-handed:(F)
