^21 (A)But if it has any defect, such as lameness or blindness, or any serious defect, you shall not sacrifice it to Yahweh your God.

17 “^(A)You shall not sacrifice to Yahweh your God an ox or a sheep which has a defect or any ^[a]blemish, for that is an abominable thing to Yahweh your God.

⁸ But when you present the ^(A)blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? And when you present the lame and sick, is it not evil? Please, bring it near to your ^(B)governor! Would he accept you? Or would he lift up your face?” says Yahweh of hosts.

¹⁴ “But cursed be the ^(A)swindler who has a male in his flock and vows it, but sacrifices a ^[a](B)blemished animal to the Lord, for I am a great ^(C)King,” says Yahweh of hosts, “and My name is ^[b](D)feared among the ^[c]nations.”

¹⁴ how much more will ^(A)the blood of Christ, who through ^[a](B)the eternal Spirit ^(C)offered Himself without blemish to God, ^(D)cleanse ^[b]your conscience from ^(E)dead works to serve ^(F)the living God?

¹⁹ but with precious ^(A)blood, as of a ^(B)lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ.
