^2 (A)And I will write on the tablets the words that were on the former tablets which you shattered, and ^(B)you shall put them in the ark.’ ³ So ^(C)I made an ark of acacia wood and ^(D)carved out two tablets of stone like the former ones and went up on the mountain with the two tablets in my hand. ⁴ And He wrote on the tablets, like the former writing, ^(E)the Ten ^[a]Commandments ^(F)which Yahweh had spoken to you on the mountain from the midst of the fire ^(G)on the day of the assembly; and Yahweh gave them to me. ⁵ Then I turned and ^(H)came down from the mountain and ^(I)put the tablets in the ark which I had made; ^(J)and there they are, as Yahweh commanded me.”

⁴ having a golden ^[a](A)altar of incense and ^(B)the ark of the covenant covered on all sides with gold, in which was ^(C)a golden jar holding the manna, and ^(D)Aaron’s rod which budded, and ^(E)the tablets of the covenant.
