30 En los postreros días(A), cuando estés angustiado y todas esas cosas te sobrevengan(B), volverás al Señor tu Dios y escucharás Su voz(C). 31 Pues el Señor tu Dios es Dios compasivo(D); no te abandonará(E), ni te destruirá(F), ni olvidará el pacto que Él juró a tus padres(G).
32 »Ciertamente, pregunta ahora acerca de los tiempos[a] pasados que fueron antes de ti(H), desde el día en que Dios creó al hombre[b] sobre la tierra(I); averigua desde un extremo de los cielos hasta el otro(J). ¿Se ha hecho cosa tan grande como esta(K), o se ha oído algo como esto?

30 Cuando finalmente pasen ustedes por todos estos sufrimientos y angustias, si se vuelven al Señor y le obedecen, 31 él, que es bondadoso, no los abandonará ni los destruirá, ni se olvidará de la alianza que hizo con los antepasados de ustedes y que juró cumplir.
32 »Busquen en los tiempos anteriores a ustedes, y desde los tiempos antiguos, cuando Dios creó al hombre en el mundo; vayan por toda la tierra y pregunten si alguna vez ha sucedido o se ha sabido de algo tan grande como esto.

30 When you are in distress(A) and all these things have happened to you, then in later days(B) you will return(C) to the Lord your God and obey him. 31 For the Lord your God is a merciful(D) God; he will not abandon(E) or destroy(F) you or forget(G) the covenant with your ancestors, which he confirmed to them by oath.
The Lord Is God
32 Ask(H) now about the former days, long before your time, from the day God created human beings on the earth;(I) ask from one end of the heavens to the other.(J) Has anything so great(K) as this ever happened, or has anything like it ever been heard of?
