16 a los rubenitas y a los gaditas les entregué el territorio que se extiende desde Galaad hasta el centro del arroyo Arnón y hasta el río Jaboc, que marca la frontera de los amonitas. 17 Su frontera occidental era el Jordán en el Arabá, desde el lago Quinéret[a] hasta el mar del Arabá, que es el mar Muerto, en las laderas del monte Pisgá, al oriente.

18 En aquel tiempo di esta orden: «El Señor su Dios les ha dado posesión de esta tierra. Ustedes, los hombres fuertes y guerreros, pasen al otro lado al frente de sus hermanos israelitas.

18 I commanded you at that time: “The Lord your God has given(F) you this land to take possession of it. But all your able-bodied men, armed for battle, must cross over ahead of the other Israelites.(G)
