16 a los rubenitas y a los gaditas les entregué el territorio que se extiende desde Galaad hasta el centro del arroyo Arnón y hasta el río Jaboc, que marca la frontera de los amonitas. 17 Su frontera occidental era el Jordán en el Arabá, desde el lago Quinéret[a] hasta el mar del Arabá, que es el mar Muerto, en las laderas del monte Pisgá, al oriente.
18 En aquel tiempo di esta orden: «El Señor su Dios les ha dado posesión de esta tierra. Ustedes, los hombres fuertes y guerreros, pasen al otro lado al frente de sus hermanos israelitas.

16 But to the Reubenites and the Gadites I gave the territory extending from Gilead down to the Arnon Gorge (the middle of the gorge being the border) and out to the Jabbok River,(A) which is the border of the Ammonites. 17 Its western border was the Jordan in the Arabah,(B) from Kinnereth(C) to the Sea of the Arabah(D) (that is, the Dead Sea(E)), below the slopes of Pisgah.
18 I commanded you at that time: “The Lord your God has given(F) you this land to take possession of it. But all your able-bodied men, armed for battle, must cross over ahead of the other Israelites.(G)

16 And to the Reubenites (A)and the Gadites I gave from Gilead as far as the River Arnon, the middle of the river as the border, as far as the River Jabbok, (B)the border of the people of Ammon; 17 the plain also, with the Jordan as the border, from Chinnereth (C)as far as the east side of the Sea of the Arabah (D)(the Salt Sea), below the slopes of Pisgah.
18 “Then I commanded you at that time, saying: ‘The Lord your God has given you this land to possess. (E)All you men of valor shall cross over armed before your brethren, the children of Israel.
