²³ And he brought us out from there, that he might bring us in and give us the land that he swore to give to our fathers.

^18 (A)And you shall do what is right and good in the sight of the Lord, that it may go well with you, and that you may go in and take possession of the good land that the Lord swore to give to your fathers

¹⁰ “And when the Lord your God brings you into the land that he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give you—with great and good cities ^(A)that you did not build,

⁸ See, I have set the land before you. Go in and take possession of the land that the Lord swore to your fathers, ^(A)to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give to them and to their offspring after them.’

⁵ And when the Lord brings you into ^(A)the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, which ^(B)he swore to your fathers to give you, a land ^(C)flowing with milk and honey, ^(D)you shall keep this service in this month.

^35 (A)‘Not one of these men of this evil generation shall see the good land that I swore to give to your fathers,
