²⁴ ‘O Lord God, You have begun to show Your servant ^(A)Your greatness and Your ^[a]mighty hand, for ^(B)what god is there in heaven or on earth who can do anything like Your works and Your mighty deeds?

² Know today that I do not speak with your children, who have not known and who have not seen the ^[a]chastening of the Lord your God, His greatness and His mighty hand and His outstretched arm—

²² Therefore ^(A)You are great, ^[a]O Lord God. For ^(B)there is none like You, nor is there any God besides You, according to all that we have heard with our ^(C)ears.

¹⁸ You show ^(A)lovingkindness to thousands, and repay the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them—the Great, ^(B)the Mighty God, whose name is ^(C)the Lord of hosts. ¹⁹ You are ^(D)great in counsel and mighty in ^[a]work, for Your ^(E)eyes are open to all the ways of the sons of men, ^(F)to give everyone according to his ways and according to the fruit of his doings. ²⁰ You have set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, to this day, and in Israel and among other men; and You have made Yourself ^(G)a name, as it is this day. ²¹ You ^(H)have brought Your people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs and wonders, with a strong hand and an outstretched arm, and with great terror;

^29 (A)Therefore I make a decree that any people, nation, or language which speaks anything amiss against the ^(B)God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego shall be ^(C)cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made an ash heap; ^(D)because there is no other God who can deliver like this.”
