A New Prophet like Moses
15 (A)“The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your brothers—it is to him you shall listen— 16 just as you desired of the Lord your God at Horeb (B)on the day of the assembly, when you said, (C)‘Let me not hear again the voice of the Lord my God or see this great fire any more, lest I die.’ 17 And the Lord said to me, (D)‘They are right in what they have spoken. 18 (E)I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers. (F)And I will put my words in his mouth, and (G)he shall speak to them all that I command him.

English Standard Version
Whose Son Is the Christ?
41 (A)Now while the Pharisees (B)were gathered together, Jesus asked them a question, 42 saying, “What do you think about (C)the Christ? Whose son is he?” They said to him, (D)“The son of David.” 43 He said to them, “How is it then that David, (E)in the Spirit, calls him Lord, saying,
44 (F)“‘The Lord said to my Lord,
“Sit at my right hand,
until I put your enemies under your feet”’?
45 If then David calls him Lord, (G)how is he his son?” 46 (H)And no one was able to answer him a word, (I)nor from that day did anyone dare to ask him any more questions.
