¹³ All the people will hear and be afraid, and will not be contemptuous again.^(A)

¹¹ Then all Israel will hear and be afraid,^(A) and no one among you will do such an evil thing again.

²⁰ The rest of the people will hear of this and be afraid,^(A) and never again will such an evil thing be done among you.

³⁰ “‘But anyone who sins defiantly,^(A) whether native-born or foreigner,^(B) blasphemes the Lord^(C) and must be cut off from the people of Israel.^{(D) 31} Because they have despised^(E) the Lord’s word and broken his commands,^(F) they must surely be cut off; their guilt remains on them.^(G)’”
