⁶ but at the place where the Lord your God chooses to make His name abide, there you shall sacrifice the Passover ^(A)at twilight, at the going down of the sun, at the time you came out of Egypt.

⁵ “But you shall seek the ^(A)place where the Lord your God chooses, out of all your tribes, to put His name for His ^(B)dwelling^[a] place; and there you shall go.

¹⁹ but ^(A)with the precious blood of Christ, ^(B)as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. ^20 (C)He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was ^[a]manifest ^(D)in these last times for you

²⁶ He then would have had to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now, once at the end of the ages, He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.

² has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the ^[a]worlds; ^3 (A)who being the brightness of His glory and the express ^(B)image of His person, and ^(C)upholding all things by the word of His power, ^(D)when He had ^[b]by Himself ^[c]purged ^[d]our sins, ^(E)sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

^20 (A)When evening had come, He sat down with the twelve.

¹¹ On ^(A)the fourteenth day of the second month, at twilight, they may keep it. They shall ^(B)eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.

³ On the fourteenth day of this month, ^[a]at twilight, you shall ^[b]keep it at its appointed time. According to all its ^[c]rites and ceremonies you shall keep it.”

⁶ Now you shall keep it until the ^(A)fourteenth day of the same month. Then the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at twilight. ⁷ And they shall take some of the blood and put it on the two doorposts and on the lintel of the houses where they eat it. ⁸ Then they shall eat the flesh on that ^(B)night; ^(C)roasted in fire, with ^(D)unleavened bread and with bitter herbs they shall eat it. ⁹ Do not eat it raw, nor boiled at all with water, but ^(E)roasted in fire—its head with its legs and its entrails.
