^9 (A)The Lord your God will make you abound in all the work of your hand, in the ^[a]fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your land for good. For the Lord will again ^(B)rejoice over you for good as He rejoiced over your fathers,

¹¹ And ^(A)the Lord will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the Lord ^[a]swore to your fathers to give you. ¹² The Lord will open to you His good ^[b]treasure, the heavens, ^(B)to give the rain to your land in its season, and ^(C)to bless all the work of your hand. ^(D)You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. ¹³ And the Lord will make ^(E)you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you ^[c]heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them. ^14 (F)So you shall not turn aside from any of the words which I command you this day, to the right or the left, to go after other gods to serve them.

⁴¹ Yes, ^(A)I will rejoice over them to do them good, and ^(B)I will ^[a]assuredly plant them in this land, with all My heart and with all My soul.’

¹¹ “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and ^(A)that your joy may be full.

^9 (A)Then it shall be to Me a name of joy, a praise, and an honor before all nations of the earth, who shall hear all the good that I do to them; they shall ^(B)fear and tremble for all the goodness and all the prosperity that I provide for it.’
