⁷ I, Daniel, was the only one who saw the vision; those who were with me did not see it,^(A) but such terror overwhelmed them that they fled and hid themselves.

⁸ Then I heard the voice^(A) of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send?^(B) And who will go for us?^(C)”

And I said, “Here am I.^(D) Send me!”

²⁵ He replied, “Whether he is a sinner or not, I don’t know. One thing I do know. I was blind but now I see!”

⁹ During the night Paul had a vision^(A) of a man of Macedonia^(B) standing and begging him, “Come over to Macedonia and help us.” ¹⁰ After Paul had seen the vision, we^(C) got ready at once to leave for Macedonia, concluding that God had called us to preach the gospel^(D) to them.

⁸ and last of all he appeared to me also,^(A) as to one abnormally born.
